RE: PLAN OF OPERATIONS REVISION
The New Jersey Department of Insurance has approved a change to the NJAIRE Plan of Operations, Chapter 10, subsection 2.1, effective 7/1/01.
The section has been revised to permit the Central Processor to deduct any delinquent fees or payments from member companies from subsequent reimbursements owed.
