Re: New Jersey Automobile Insurance Risk Exchange Annual Seminar

The Board of Directors of the New Jersey Automobile Insurance Risk Exchange will be offering our Annual Seminar on Thursday, November 13, 2008, from 8:30 am until 12:00 noon. The purpose of our seminar is to better acquaint all carriers with your statutory reporting requirements to achieve NJAIRE requirements. It is particularly important since we audit ten (10) carriers annually to assure compliance, and share the audit results with the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance. It has been our experience that carriers who regularly send staff to our seminar, and communicate to their claim and statistical associates, achieve favorable audit results.

There is no cost for the seminar. During our presentation, attendees will be provided with an overview of NJAIRE, a detailed presentation of reporting requirements, and an explanation of auditing guidelines. All we require is that you pre-register for the seminar, as soon as possible before October 31st, by notifying me or Michael McAuley with the following information:

• Name of each attendee
• Carrier name
• Attendee phone number
• Attendee e-mail address
